Arium Reserva is made from a selection of only the best Tempranillo grapes. Having spent time ageing in oak barrels this variety produces wines with intense ruby red fruit aromas and hints of vanilla and spices.
Throught gentle maceration and constant remounting, expressive tannic compounds are optimised. Following fermentation at a controlled temperature the wine is aged in American oak barrels for twelve months. It then rests quietly in bottle for another 2 to 3 years to ensure a complete harmonised maturation is achieved.

Tasting notes:
This wine is a brilliant ruby red colour with ripe cherry tones. This wine exhibits a powerfully long and consistent aroma characterised by vanilla, spices and fruit. On the palate it is full-bodied and complex with well structured tannins and long smooth finish.

Recommendations:
Ideal to serve with any grilled meat, game, fowl and cured cheese. Best served at 16 to 17º C.
