This wine is made from 85% Tempranillo grapes and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that come from a limited harvest. The grapes are picked by hand in the cool of night, in the way to save the high temperatures that are registered during the day.
The process of maceration, fermentation, maturation and ageing, have been directed towards obtaining the optimum expression of the Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes it is made from.

Tasting notes:
Intensely aromatic with complex notes of leather, cocoa and spices. Rich and smooth on the palate with above average tannic intensity and a long finish.

Recommendations:
We recommend this wine is served in a fine crystal glass half an hour after opening. Ideal with red meats and stews. Serve at room temperature. Store horizontally in a cool, dry place away from vibrations.
