duty free guarantee

All of the prices in this catalogue are duty free. We guarantee that in the local market the products in this catalogue cost at least 25% more. If you find that this is not the case, we will refund the difference (there are some products included in this catalogue that cost more than twice as much in the street). Refund period: 15 days from date of invoice. This guarantee is valid for all the products in the sections Drinks, Perfumes, Tobacco, and Accessories. The remaining products are excluded because of the large fluctuation in local market prices.
We Supply only original products, many times with quantities much larger than you will find in the local market. The majority of our drinks contain 100 cl instead of 70 cl, the standard size in the local market, an equivalent of 42% more product. Please keep this in mind when comparing prices.

Our warehouse is located in Madrid, Spain. The prices in this catalogue are valid exclusively for destinations in Spain and include packaging, freight, and insurance costs. The conditions are C.I.F. Spain (Peninsula).
Any incident must be indicated in the shipping notices of the transport company that deliver your order (broken or wet packages, manipulated packaging, etc.). This must be communicated to Diplomatic Supply Service by writing within a period of 7 days, together with a copy of the shipping notices. We will then proceed with the refund of the value of the effected merchandise. Some items in the catalogue may not be able to be sent because they are no longer produced by the manufacturer or they are out of stock. We will inform you in such a case and offer other similar products.
Grouped orders:
Orders are prepared, ticketed, and billed individually, regardless of if there are various orders for the same address. In the case that you need a consolidated invoice, let us know and we can provide it.

refund of products

Purchases may be returned within 15 days. Before sending merchandise, please contact our sales department for a return authorisation and confirmation. Returned merchandise should be in perfect condition, with all of its original packaging, accessories and manuals.
Because returned merchandise incurs custom fees and shipping costs, these costs will be at your expense. Once we have received the merchandise in our warehouse and verified its condition, we will proceed with your refund. Perishable goods may not be returned, nor goods that require special storage conditions (e.g. cigars, Argentine beef, etc.). In this way we can guarantee that the merchandise that our clients receive is always in perfect conditions.
