Yes, you already accumulate points from your first purchase once you have registered and activated your account. Points
Every 10 points equals 1 €.
These are points that you will receive free of charge when placing your first order from your new diplomatic mission, provided that you have previously purchased through the Diplomatic&ME programme in the previous mission.
On the website after identifying yourself as a Diplomatic&ME holder.
These are the points that Diplomatic&ME gives the Card Holder without being linked to a purchase order, such as welcome points and points for a change of mission.
Yes, your points are valid for 24 months from the date of your last invoice.
Only the PLUS, PREMIUM and ELITE categories can transfer points to other Diplomatic&ME holders. The minimum amount to transfer is 50 points. The points transferred will retain the characteristics they had with the original holder of the points.
Adding points
- With the purchase orders paid.
- With the recommendation to your diplomatic colleagues: for each of them to register with Diplomatic&ME, both of them will receive points to be applied for their next purchase.
- Each year you will receive a percentage of the points generated in the previous year.
Redeem points
Yes, the maximum limit for redeeming points in an order is 50% of the order value. That is, if the total of your order is €400, you can apply points to pay €200 of your order at the most.
Yes, welcome points are available for use as soon as your account is confirmed.
When you place your order, the shopping cart will tell you how many points you want to apply to your order. You choose the total or partial amount to be applied in the order.
Because the part of the order paid with points does not generate points.
Levels
Yes, there are four categories: Basic, Plus, Premium and Elite. When you register you are assigned to the Basic category.
At the beginning of the calendar year the programme calculates the "points generated" in the previous year and reassigns them to the corresponding category. The scales that must be exceeded the previous year to move up the category are:
- Diplomatic&ME Plus - if you earn 250 points per year
- Diplomatic&ME Premium - if you earn 750 points per year
- Diplomatic&ME Elite - if you earn 1500 points per year
Your account
Points will normally appear on your account within 24 hours, and no later than 7 days from the date of payment of the invoice.
If the points of any purchase were not added up, contact us through the form diplomatic.com/ME or through our Customer Service line. You must identify yourself as the holder of Diplomatic&ME and provide us with the number of the invoice in question. You will have a period of 6 months from the date of the invoice to make the claim otherwise the consultation will not be processed.

Send us an email at [email protected] indicating your full name and the email address associated with your Diplomatic&ME account, or call the Customer Service Center. If you do this by this means we will ask you some security questions, and once we verify the information we will give you your Diplomatic&ME card number.
If you are a PLUS, PREMIUM or ELITE member before returning to your home country, please inform us about your change and we will freeze your account so that you do not lose your points or benefits. And when you are assigned a new destination, contact us to reactivate your account so you can continue to enjoy the points you have accumulated.
