What do I do if the order arrives open, broken and/or with missing items?
You must notify Diplomatic immediately so we can process the incident with the insurance company.
It is important that any abnormalities are dully specified on the delivery note, without this, the incidence cannot be processed. If apparently everything arrives correctly, please inform on the delivery note “pending revision”.
Additionally, you must send pictures of the incidence (broken, wet, open boxes etc.).
